This unit is in the Hawaiian Princess, located on one of the nicest beaches in Hawaii, away from the crowds in Waikiki. This is truly an incredible place to relax, play in the ocean, walk the beach, explore the island, and enjoy beautiful sunsets and spectacular stargazing! The condo is super clean, remodeled to open up the view and meticulously updated by the owners. It has spectacular beach, ocean and sunset views. Paradise awaits you in this beautiful, clean and comfortable condominium. The space THE HAWAIIAN PRINCESS: The Hawaiian Princess is located directly on Turtle Beach, on the sunny west side of Oahu. The Hawaiian Princess is a well maintained property with many great amenities, including a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, weber gas grills & outdoor dining area, tennis courts, ping pong table, free secure gated parking and 24 hr security w/ cameras. THE CONDO: This is our home in paradise, and we hope to share this special place with you! The unit is super clean and has been remodeled to open the kitchen to the ocean views, and expand the living room onto the lanai (patio). The high end patio doors “stack” to one side, opening the living room to the ocean, turning the living room into a large, comfortable and private lanai. We like to sleep under the stars and listen to the ocean at night, a truly incredible experience. We are constantly updating the unit, recently replacing furniture (hardwood bamboo theme - 2018), new KING BED (2018) – note: bed, sheets & pillows are “high-end” & incredibly comfortable, flooring (2021), contemporary LED lighting (2020), glass cooktop (2019), new refrigerator (2019), and large stacked stainless washer/dryer (2020). The unit has all of the amenities you would expect, including a high speed internet / WiFi, beach equipment (beach towels, umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards), A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, and a long list of kitchen appliances. See the Airbnb amenities list for details. THE BEACH: Turtle Beach is spectacular, arguably the best on Oahu! The never crowded, picturesque Turtle Beach is a “hidden gem” on the less traveled sunny side of the island; a great place to soak up sun and be inspired by the ever-changing ocean. This beautiful beach offers a nice shore break for boogie and skim boarding. When the surf is down, turtle cove is a great place to snorkel and turtles can be seen almost every day. THE AREA: Makaha is a little town on the West shore of Oahu, just north of Waianae. It's largely untouched by tourism, a local “old Hawaii” community that takes pride in their Hawaiian heritage. The Makaha area is known for some of the best beaches on the island and the Hawaiian Princess is located on one of the finest, Turtle Beach (Papaoneone Beach). The Makaha area is "low key" and peaceful, an incredible place to relax, take in the sights and play in the ocean. There are many scenic hiking trails in the area, and we especially recommend the coastline hike to Ka'Ena Point Natural Area Reserve. Makaha Valley Golf Resort and the world famous Makaha Surf Beach are also nearby. There are a number of local and fast food restaurants in Makaha and Waianae, but suggest a trip to Ko Olina for fine dining (20 minutes). Kapolei is the place to shop for just about anything, where you will find many of the big box stores (Costco, Homedepot, Foodland, Target - 25 minutes). LICENSE, TAXES, MIN.
