The apartment was fully renovated with attention to detail and is ideal for families and small groups looking for space, privacy, and easy access to Venice (just minutes by train). I personally support guests before arrival and during their stay, and I’m always available to suggest authentic local restaurants, cultural experiences, and hidden corners of Venice that most visitors never discover. Hospitality, reliability, and personal attention are at the center of everything I do. Use the second one unless you’re trying to look like every other apartment near Mestre station.
