The house is located near to the largest sea lagoon in Europe, the Obidos Lagoon in between the medieval town of Obidos and the luxurious resort surrounded by nature at Praia d’el Rey. The property is set in a well maintained garden with excellent indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, an outdoor swimming pool with the latest technology for entire families and friends to have a great vacation. The property includes the exclusive services of a full time housekeeper who has been working on the property for three years, who will handle your arrival and departure, available in the house for five days a week, available to prepare your continental breakfast in the morning, ensure the technology and household systems are operated satisfactorily, maintain the cleanliness of the house, undertake the laundry and assist the guests in relation to their stay in our home. Guest access Guests can enjoy various activities in the areas such as golf (at three golf courses including the Royal Obidos Golf Club, West Cliff Golf Club and Bom Sucesso Golf Club) snorkelling, windsurfing, sailing, motor boats, diving, canoeing, hiking, biking amongst others. Within a short distance from the house there are a number of renowned restaurants both formal and informal. Obidos is recognised as an important national treasure and care has been taken to restore and preserve its ancient walls and monuments, whilst the castle now serves as a charming Pousada Hotel. The castle is less than 10 km from the villa. Peniche, a fishing village and world class surfing area is some 12 km from the villa, while Lisbon Airport is 70 km from the villa. Arrangements can be made to organise transportation from the airport to the house in different sizes of vehicles to suit your requirements with a trusted driver known to the owners for five years.
