Widgeon bespoke cabin with fishing, hot tub situat

Welcome to the beautiful fully refurbished bespoke cabin called Widgeon, the only one of it’s kind situated on the peaceful well stocked fishing lake (duck lake), this south facing stunning cabin is indeed a very special quirky one with its triangular shape, this is a two storey cabin with two bedrooms (sleeps 4) the master bedroom has a king-size platform luxury bed with a Juliet balcony with the outstanding views to look out onto, the second bedroom has two full size platform beds, down stairs The space is open plan with two sofas , a shower & W.C, also another separate W.C, dishwasher, private Wi-Fi ,the full glass sliding doors make it possible to take in the outstanding views of duck lake, opening up onto a huge solid wood decking with a large sunken hot tub, garden furniture, steps leading down across the grass is the large private fishing peg and free fishing, this Cabin looks outstanding at night time all lit up and is definitely in a league of its own and has been described as breath taking. There is a smart TV downstairs and a TV in the master bedroom. DVD Player and subscription to Amazon Video, playstation 3 with games for your entertainment Sorry this is not pet friendly because it’s all open it’s not ideal for doggies. The exterior of Widgeon Bespoke Cabin is stunning and the only one of its kind on the park, with amazing views all around no matter what the weather and in the evening it really is a sight to behold. Guest access This lodge has ramp access to access the front of the cabin and into the front patio door, due to the quirkiness triangle shape this is not not possible to access the bedrooms without using the stairs Other things to note 1. NO Smoking or Vaping of ANY kind inside the lodge 2. Please report any breakage /damage to me immediately, also allowing a reasonable amount of time for me to rectify any issues should they arise. 3. All Accidents and damage please notify me, all extensive damage must be paid for 4. Please leave the holiday home clean on departure and to the standard found on arrival 5. Please take out all rubbish and place in the bin behind the holiday home 6. Please report any items that are not working to me, any batteries/ bulbs that go please let me know I have spares 7. Not following the terms and conditions and house keeping rules will result in loss of deposit 8. The bbq is for your enjoyment, please bring coal and clean after use, not cleaning the bbq will result in loss of deposit 9. Remove all shoes in the lodge 10. No swimming in the lake 11. Over occupancy is illegal and Invalidates my insurance, being found to do this will result in security asking you to leave with no refund issued 12. Any guest names that change please inform me this needs to be correct at all times for insurance reasons 13. Please strip all beds 14. And place used towels 15. In the laundry bags provided 16.
