“ Oak Room” Canal View - Straight Tree Residence

Welcome to my gorgeous getaway, a haven of peace within the vibrating heart of the city centre of Amsterdam! Feel at home in this cosy and beautiful getaway with canal view, including queen size bed, mini fridge and brand new bathroom. The entire house has been newly renovated. After a long day of walking, watch some Netflix on the Smart TV, or enjoy a drink surrounded by the beautiful canal houses from the bench in front outside of the house. Looking forward to welcome you! The space The room is cosy and has everything you need. This includes a queen size bed, smart TV and brand new bathroom with fresh towels. When you wake up, enjoy a cup of Nespresso coffee or a cup of tea (coffee and tea included), or refresh yourself with some water out of the mini-fridge (here you can also find a welcome surprise). You will have an AMAZING view of on of the oldest canals of Amsterdam and it's beautiful houses, but also inside you can enjoy the relax vibe with the decoration. Although Amsterdam is the perfect place to party, I expect my guests to understand that the room is part of my private house. Therefore, I prefer no late nigthers, heavy drinkers or (weed)-smokers. Guest access The house is super centrally located. It is less than 1km (700m) from central station, the metro station is around the corner, and almost everything in Amsterdam is within walking distance. It can be difficult to find a parking spot on the street so I would recommend to leave your car in a parking garage (e.g. Q Park Waterlooplein). The front door is shared with me as I live in the top floor and the room itself is located on the first floor. Although you only need to get up one stairs, this is the typical Amsterdam stairs, meaning it is steep. You will be sharing the hallway with the other guests (in case the other room is rented).
