Comfortable apartment in front of Ramon Castilla Park

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation, located in front of the large public park Ramón Castilla. The rooms are very well ventilated and have plenty of natural light. In the evenings, the bedrooms are excellent resting places with warm lighting that simulates the sunset. For stays longer than 10 nights, the general cleaning is weekly and includes the change of sheets and towels. No extra payment for cleaning. The space The kitchen is equipped with quality electrical appliances, pots, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and a variety of kitchenware. You will have a small bar with glasses, tumblers, and space to store the spirits of your choice. All three bedrooms have bedding and large closets with drawers and hooks for clothes. A queen-size bed in the master bedroom and 1.5 beds in the other two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an extra single bed for a fifth guest upon request and an additional payment of 60 soles per night. Bathrooms have towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Hot water 24 hours a day. The TV is located in the living room, has Netflix and access to local channels. The work and/or study area is very comfortable. A monitor is included (see photo gallery). You won't have any problems with the internet. Guest access As part of the service, you can use the supplies you find in both the kitchen and the laundry room, such as: coffee, tea, sugar, rice, salt, condiments, oil, and laundry detergent. These supplies will not be replenished when they run out. If you have a car, we have a private parking lot that will be at your disposal in the 5th basement of the building, located two meters from the elevator. There is no additional payment for using them. Other things to note To enjoy the common areas: grill area, gym, swimming pool, game room, cinema room, and meeting room, you must check availability and request your reservation through your host. Capacity is limited and by shifts.
