This unique property features two separate, fully-equipped homes, giving you the privacy you desire with the convenience of being side-by-side. Sleeping Arrangements: Main House: Features a master bedroom with a king bed, and a guest room with two twin beds and two additional pull-out twin beds. Second House: Offers two peaceful master bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed. Your Private Outdoor Resort: Your group will love the incredible outdoor entertainment options. After a day at the beach, come back and unwind in your private retreat. Pool & Hot Tub: Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub (spa heating is included!). Games & Fun: Challenge friends to a game of ping pong, practice your swing on the mini-golf putting green, or gather for stories around the fire pit. This property is family-friendly, and we are happy to provide a crib, Pack ’n Play, and a baby monitor to make your stay with little ones easier. Pets are also welcome to join the family vacation! Guest access You will have private access to the entire property, including both homes and all outdoor amenities like the pool, hot tub, and game areas. The only area that is off-limits to guests is the garage. An optional 50 Amp RV hookup is also available for an additional fee of $30.00 per. day. Please inquire if you are interested in this feature. Other things to note Pool & Spa Heating: The hot tub can be heated to 104°F at no additional cost. The pool is not heated by default. Should you wish to heat the pool to 85°F, there is a fee of $170.00 plus $50.00 per day. Please note that on very cold nights, the pool heater may struggle to maintain 85°F, but using the provided solar blanket at night will help it reach the target temperature by morning. Security Cameras: For your security and to ensure the number of guests on the reservation is accurate, security cameras are installed. These cameras are located on the exterior of the property and monitor the entrance and front driveway only. There are no cameras inside the homes or in the private backyard areas.
