Welcome to North Austin! We would love to host you and your dog(s) at our stylish 2-bedroom duplex, with a great yard, garage, and 2 side-by-side uncovered parking spots. The house is very pet friendly with a fully fenced yard and tile floors throughout. The space I used to live in this unit and I try very hard to make sure that it feels like a home for my guests too! I want you to have comfortable stay, so I don’t have the bare minimum in my units like a lot of other Airbnbs. If there’s something not listed below that you’d like to have during your stay, please don’t hesitate to ask! Living Room/Dining - The living room is bright and faces the backyard with a stylish 3-person green velvet sofa, 42” Roku smart TV, coffee table, and rug. The dining table can comfortably fit up to 4 people with comfy chairs. All floors are tile. Bedrooms – The master bedroom has two closets (one for hanging items and the other has shelves), a new hybrid memory foam/spring King mattress will be installed Jan of 2026 (pictures to be updated), 4 pillows (2 firm, 2 soft), a rug, and an accent chair. The guest room has one closet, a full hybrid memory foam/spring mattress, with a pull-out bed below, a desk and chair. Extra sheets, blankets, towels, washcloths, and pillows are provided. Kitchen – The kitchen was recently updated, with white cabinets, granite countertops 5-burner gas stove, and an over-range microwave. The granite composite deep single bowl sink has a cutting board and draining board along with a pullout spray faucet. There is a large cabinet pantry with half shelves and pull-out drawers. The dishwasher is whisper quiet, so you won’t even know it’s running! Starter items include dish soap, hand soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities, but if it’s missing something that will make your stay better, just let me know! -Starter spices, k-cups, tea, sugar, powdered creamer. -Toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, French press, electric water kettle, cutting boards, cookie sheet, pots, pans, casserole dish, ceramic knives, and cooking utensils. Laundry - Stacked Laundry Center with 3.8-cu ft washer and 5.9-cu ft gas dryer. Starter items include washing liquid and dryer sheets. Bathroom – It’s equipped with a tub/shower combo and a floating sink vanity with plenty of storage. A hairdryer, 3 rolls of toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Internet – G00GLE fiber was just installed with symmetrical download/upload speeds up to 1 gigabit and a Nest Wifi Pro. Garage/Yard – The garage with a remote is a good size that fits one car with room for storage. The private yard is fully fenced and the grass is cut every two/three weeks. Guest access Private 1 car garage, private yard, exclusive use of house. Other things to note *** Ring camera (motion activated) on backyard gate entrance facing parking and alleyway*** ***Pet fee of $105 per pet You will hear some road noise, but not in the master bedroom. • No electric vehicle charging stations allowed. • No cryptocurrency mining permitted. • Any excessive use of electricity beyond standard residential use may result in additional charges.
