The Beira House: Cato Room

The Cato Room is named after our 3rd Golden Retriever. The Cato room is a tranquil space in the Beira House, located in the heart of Colombo-3. The room has a double bed, attached bathroom, AC, Starlink Wi-fi, plenty of cupboard space, a writing desk, and overlooks the main balcony of the house. The space The Beira house has 3 other rooms where guests may be staying - including long stay guests. The Surya Room (sleeps 2), and Luna room (sleeps 2) is also available for bookings on AirBnB. There are several common areas including two large balconies, living room, a small garden, dining area, and kitchen for shared usage. The rooftop balcony is ideal for yoga under the Bo Tree, whilst the first floor balcony has a large terrace for sundowners and star gazing. There are card games (including local favourite Hora Deal), reading material, and a TV in the living room. The kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave, oven, kettle, water filter for drinking water and plenty of crockery and cutlery for shared usage. The house is entirely solar powered. During your stay I stay close by, also in Colpetty, and will be available on Whatsapp for anything urgent.
