Welcome to the basement apartment 'Basement 21,' with its own toilet, shower, and kitchen (approx. 35 square meters). Good for a break with a quiet sleep away from the hustle and bustle. Simple, retro-style place to stay. The apartment is located in the souterrain/basement of our end-of-row house, which we ourselves occupy upstairs. Almost the entire basement is yours. Ceiling height: 1.98 m. Private entrance/access through the garden, in a quiet residential area, 5 min. Walk to the beach. You can stay until 1 pm on the day of departure. The space The 'Basement 21' is located in a quiet, original settlement 5 min. Walk to the beach. You have your own entrance with access through our garden. In summer and fall you can have breakfast in the garden or chill and sit in the beach chair. You have your own toilet, private shower, kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, sink, kettle, coffee maker, microwave. So that you can spend a few days here comfortably. In winter it can be a bit cold, please bring socks! As usual in the basement, the ceiling is a little lower (1.98 m, doors 1.80 m high) than in other rooms! Linen, towels, dishes etc. are available. Guest access A car parking is free, around the corner from the house. You will have a separate, small basement apartment with its own entrance. Access through our garden. A few steps down should be manageable. I provide 2 older ladies bikes for free ! on request ! Use at your own risk!
