The space NO PETS / NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO BURNING OIL, SAGE OR INCENSE!! ( $300.00-$500.00 NO SMOKING FEE) This is a spacious apartment that has over 700 square feet of living space. One queen bed with home gym equipment located in the closet. Full kitchen with everything you need. Other things to note *NO PETS *NO SMOKING ($350.00-$500.00 NO SMOKING) We pride ourselves on being one of the CLEANEST PLACES you have ever stayed. We assure you that we give attention to detail in CLEANLINESS. We SANITIZE our place after EVERY GUEST to ensure you a safe and relaxing experience. This space will only accommodate 2 guests comfortably. Only ONE additional guest will be allowed at the rate of $75 per night. We highly discourage sleeping on the couch. Falling asleep on the couch is ok though. Lol. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS Early check-in fee to be collected on site if the unit is available. 10am-12pm $100 fee, 12pm-2:55pm $50 fee. Meaning the unit has not been rented the night before or if it has been rented the night before, that we have adequate time to properly sanitize and clean. We can't make any guarantees.
