The Ecomarine Apart-hotel was conceived from a mix of experiences collected on national and international trips, which we apply in our units to better serve our guests. The area was acquired in 2017, and the first stage of construction was completed in 2021, with the completion of the second floor in 2024. We currently have 8 apartments in full operation, distributed between the ground floor and the first floor. This apartment was designed with accessibility features to also accommodate PWD guests or people with reduced mobility, in compliance with ABNT NBR 9050. Both the unit and the common areas have accessibility features and are in compliance with Fire Department regulations and NBR 9050, as they have a fire alarm system, fire and smoke detectors, grab bars, an alarm for an accessible toilet, access ramps, among others. The common areas were designed to provide practicality and comfort, and also have wireless internet coverage. Shared laundry, swimming pool, Jacuzzi with hydromassage, outdoor lawn, barbecue area, are examples of what the guest will enjoy. Guest access * Shared access with other guests: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue, laundry, parking, beach chairs, sun umbrella and transport cart. All are free of charge and upon prior request and availability. * The street is very quiet, as well as the surroundings, silent most of the time. Other things to note * The room consists of 01 queen size bed, 02 single and 01 auxiliary bed for children, with adult occupancy limited to 04 adults. Maximum occupancy of the apartment: 05 people. * PETs: Please consult before. We accept up to 01 small pet (less than 10kg), for payment of AN EXTRA FEE and acceptance by the hostess. LAUNDRY: The laundry room is for shared use by the property and other guests, there may be restrictive times so as not to harm our internal logistics. It is composed of a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and electric iron. These utensils are not inside the apartments and cannot be removed from the laundry as other guests may also need to use. It is FORBIDDEN to use the dryer to dry any types of footwear or other rigid objects that may cause damage to the dryer, in the event of damage, they will be charged to the guests. POWER GRID: 220V
