This adorable, freshly-renovated family home stands opposite a stunning neighbourhood park with great cafes, a kids playground, and a public swimming pool where young families and hipsters mingle. The space This is a cute, tall, newly-renovated two-storey house in a pretty, leafy cul de sac. The kitchen looks our onto the courtyard full of greenery, while the upstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed in one, and a bunk bed in the other. The bottom bunk is double and the top bunk a single. You've got an espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, laundry, and reverse-cycle air conditioner. The lot. Out the back, an airy, self-contained outdoor office provides a quiet place to work. It's one of a kind. Guest access There's plenty of street parking, and public transport is a breeze. You're a four-minute walk from the train station as well as the express bus along Parramatta Rd -- which is a direct shot into the city centre. The light rail is ten minutes away. The area is very walkable, with friendly cafes and restaurants nearby. Stroll along the green corridor to the Sydney Harbour Bay Run for some waterfront exercise. Registration Details PID-STRA-28295
