Just Beautiful - 2 bedroom camp with loft!

Brand new 2022 build on a Pennsylvania Class A and Stocked trout stream. Minutes from countless pristine streams, Chapman Dam Lake and the beautiful Kinzua Reservoir. Walk directly to public hunting lands and over 500,000 thousand acres of national forest. Allegheny national forest ATV and snowmobile trails a short drive away. North Country Trail. Mountain Biking Trails. Kayaking. Endless outdoor recreation and a beautiful place to rest and sleep at night. Covered parking for vehicles or ATVs. The space Located off a paved dead end road. Traffic typically limited to local camps past mine. Camp is directly adjacent to the road and has a private deck off the back overlooking the stream frontage. Fishing or lounging in the water is just footsteps away from the camp. Fire pit. Grills (propane and charcoal) available for your use. Picnic table positioned beside water. The stream beside the camp is 1-5 feet deep and can be deceiving. Children must be watched carefully at all times - don't forget water shoes or crocks! Tiki torches available for your use - bring your own fuel. Yard games (corn hole, washers) available in shed for your use. A few older style camp chairs available. I find the cabin to be most comfortable with about 5 people. The main level of the cabin is 800SF and the loft is about 350SF. The loft is only accessible via a built fixed ladder. There is an additional cot if someone is not comfortable climbing the ladder to the loft. The cabin has all amenities; electric, wifi, heat, ceiling fan, sewage, and water (no AC). Water is from a shallow well and has a double filter system and is technically safe to drink but I don't - it can sometimes have a iron color/odor. The better drinking water is about 100 feet down the road where a natural spring produces fresh mountain spring water! TV internet and apps - no basic cable. This is a cabin near water and the National Forest. Wildlife is abundant. Be aware and do not leave food or garbage out and uncovered overnight. Guest access Full Cabin Other things to note Firewood available for sale onsite. I purchase this and provide available to you at the same price I pay. Alternatively, you may bring firewood with you. Winter guests - the road is plowed by the township but snow can fall quickly in significant quantity, SUV is recommended if snowfall is anticipated. Winter maintenance (shovelings of driveway, sidewalk, and steps is not guaranteed by owner). A snow shovel is available on site for your use.
