This penthouse apartment in the lively Kilimani neighborhood features magnificent panoramic views from the balcony and patio, with stylish Swahili furnishings and pan-African decor. It is a 5 minute walk to the modern Yaya shopping center or Naivas supermarket, just 5 min by car to Nairobi Hospital, 10 min to the CBD. Many wonderful restaurants, shops, and amenities are within a short radius. It has high speed internet, DSTV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, backup power, 24/7 security, and parking. The space 14th floor penthouse apartment (with elevator), private rooftop patio with patio table and chairs, Master BR with ensuite bathroom/shower and enclosed balcony, 2nd BR with ensuite bathroom/shower, 3rd guest bathroom/shower, living room with dining area, kitchen, laundry room. All private for you only. Guest access Ubers and other ride services like Bolt abound. It usually takes 5 minutes or less to get a ride. There is guarded parking in the apartment compound, with some designated visitor spots. Just ask the security guards where to park. (Please do NOT park in a spot that has an apartment number assigned to it.) Other things to note For longer term stays we provide (and require) interim cleanings at no extra charge. For each full week stayed after the initial week we will provide one added cleaning.
