Enjoy some time out with family and friends in this modern light filled retreat. Positioned on a large private block only minutes easy walk to the beach. Soak up the sun on the deck with a BBQ and enjoy the beautiful native garden. When the day is done, watch the sun go down and relax around the cosy firepit. The space Rocky shore can accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 x Queen bed rooms and a bunk room with 4 x single beds, all rooms with built ins. A port-a-cot can also be provided. There is a well-equipped, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, leading onto a large deck with outdoor table and BBQ. Large bathroom with separate toilet and full laundry facilities with both washer and dryer. Outside there is plenty of room for parking within the fully enclosed property. We provide a 3.2 x 3m lock up shed for your storage needs. The property boasts a beautiful native garden and firepit area. There is a TV and DVD player at the property and many DVD's to select from. Board games, books and colouring for the kids are available. Please note that there is no free WI-FI. However if you do desire internet coverage, there is adequate mobile phone reception at the property. Beaches The property is in close walking distance to the beach. There is a track running behind the property that leads down to the boat ramp and rock pools at Fanny bay. Or head back along Seascape drive to Tam O’Shanter bay’s white sandy beach. Other things to note Activities Walking track There is an unpaved walking track that follows the coastline from Lulworth to Weymouth. Fishing The North coast is renowned for flathead, whiting, gummy shark and southern calamari. There are multiple smaller boat ramps in the Lulworth area or the property is a short 7 minute drive to Weymouth’s larger boat ramp. There is plenty of room on the property to park a boat. Surf There is a left-handed point break at Tam O’Shanter point. This breaks on a NW Swell. Golf Tam O’shanter Golf Club - Boasts a nine green, eighteen hole, 5300 metre course. The challenging golf course is playable all year round, golfers of all levels are attracted to this reasonably flat but demanding course. There is also an inviting clubhouse to enjoy a drink or bite to eat before or after a game. With catering by “We Fine Catering” The Golf club is open Friday nights from 5:30pm for meals.
