Very quiet and peaceful location with a lovely shared garden. Our flat is our home, we are renting it while we are on holiday, so please be respectful of our things and our space. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, bathtub, wifi, etc. 1 160x200 (queen) bed. 1 sofa bed also in main room (140x200 - double) Washer/dryer, air conditioner, fast internet (for Germany), dishwasher, hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, extra bedding, etc. 3rd floor walkup, free street parking. Many plants and very quiet neighbors in the building. Blackout blind in bedroom. Other things to note Our place is a stylish and open studio with a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace, a large and comfortable bed as well as a full size sleeper sofa. The area is very quiet, safe and residential.
