Located 5 minutes walk from the Dynamo metro station, the Tsarskaya Ploshchad complex, where my apartment is located, consists of four buildings, the names of which are associated with the Romanov dynasty: Ekaterininsky, Romanovsky, Petrovsky and Aleksandrovsky. In 1882, Russian emperors stayed here in a specially built Tsar's pavilion, which has survived to this day. And now you can live in this beautiful place, where modernity is intertwined with the history of Russia. My apartment is quite spacious (35 sq m), it can easily accommodate 4 people. There is one comfortable double bed and a fold-out sofa. Perfect for business trips, small families and couples. There is a second apartment in the neighboring building, if you are more than 4 people you can book both apartments if there are vacant dates. Other things to note Since check-in is completely contactless, the guest will need to provide a photo and data of a valid passport and a selfie with a passport according to security requirements. Bookings from guests under 24 years old are not accepted due to the risk of parties. Check-in with the signing of the contract is also done remotely through the Swiss Online company. These are mandatory requirements and if you don't agree with them, just book another place. Please contact me before arrival and provide information about the time of arrival and the number of guests. Please remember that only the number of guests indicated in your booking are allowed to stay. There is a camera in the entrance. There are no cameras inside the apartment. This property is for residential use only. It is forbidden to make noise during quiet hours, smoke, have parties, and to have strangers who are not specified in the booking. There are fines for each violation. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept guests with pets due to possible allergies of other guests. In case of commercial use, an additional payment will be added by mutual agreement. In this case, please let me know in advance. Otherwise, commercial activities are prohibited.
