Private One Bedroom Guest House (Unit #3)

Welcome to Black Creek Cottages - Unit #3. Less than 2 miles off I-795 and 8 miles from I-95!! Perfect place to stop if traveling far. Private one bedroom guest house with kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room in a newly renovated farm guest house. This is a private house with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There are two other tiny houses for guests near this guest house, a family home, and two garage apartments on the property as well. The space Bedroom has a queen sized bed. Private bathroom with full shower and tub. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The property is located in the country, there is a wooded area adjacent and a farm across the street. Thus there are bugs on the property and sometimes they make their way inside the unit. We treat regularly for pests but please do not be alarmed if you see a few bugs in or around the unit. Newly added: TV in bedroom with Roku (no cable channels, just the Roku for access to your streaming services). Children welcome. If you need a pack-n-play, high chair, etc. just ask and we can have those ready for your stay. This is a private guest house with it's own entrance, there are two other tiny homes in front of it so you may see other guests during your stay. There is a family home and two garage apartments on the property as well. Guest access Parking lot is directly beside the guest house. There is one step up to the porch in front of the house.
