This beautiful and luxurious home is part of the Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive 11 home gated community overlooking the Atlantic Ocean & Cudjoe Bay. A community that is only 17 miles north of Key West. Make yourself at home in this tastefully decorated 1200 sq foot living space, which offers countless amenities such as kayaks and bikes. My home offers central air conditioning, a tastefully decorated and fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and spacious dining and living area. This two-bedroom, three-bathroom home will sleep as many as six people. On the upper level, you'll find a queen bed in the master suite, and king bed which can be converted into two twins in the second suite. Both have separate private full baths, HDTVs and access to the second floor balcony with an ocean view. On the main floor you will find the third full bath, along with the living, dining and kitchen area. All linens are provided. Folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a cooler are available at my home for your enjoyment. Additional features include: propane and charcoal grill, 2 kayaks (1 tandem, 1 single), 4 bicycles, and fishing poles. The ground floor offers parking for 2 cars. Because the home is stilted you also can enjoy a shaded below the home entertaining area. Your boat, up to 24 feet, can be kept on one of two floating docks, or tied up alongside a fixed dock in the calm waters directly on the property. Four bikes are available for you to enjoy a leisurely bike ride down the scenic tree lined bike path which is accessible directly across the street from Sunrise Beach. There is something for those who want to relax and enjoy the views and for those who wish to explore all the keys have to offer! My home is approximately 250ft from the shared community pool, dock and small beach. This is the perfect vacation home for families or couples looking for relaxing ambiance in a tropical hideaway and for those who want it all – beach, pool, boat dock, and stunning views in order to experience the 'real' Florida keys. Relax at the private home, or chat with the neighbors at the small community's private heated and cooled pool and small beach. The Looe Key and American Shoal Reef can be seen from the dock where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reef in the keys, along with the best fishing. Their off-the-beaten path location guarantees a thriving ecosystem. Fish right off the end of the dock or snorkel or kayak the crystal clear, calm waters in Cudjoe Bay (kayaks are included). Cudjoe Marina, just 1/2 mile south of SBR is also where you can launch your own boat, get gas and supplies and store your trailer during your stay for a small fee. They offer a small variety of boats to rent for bay or ocean fun . There are always lots of options for water activities here in the lower Keys! Guided charter fishing, snorkeling, dive trips and sunset cruises just to name a few. After a day of fun you can drop your gear off right at the house and clean the days catch at the fish cleaning station found right off the dock. The shared pool area comes complete with lounge chairs a Tiki hut and high beach chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to watch the sunsets. The location is perfect with the restaurants entertainment and nightlife of Key West only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several good restaurants. One, (Broil) is located directly across the street! You can take your boat or catch a free ferry to Little Palm Island where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the #3 ranked best restaurant in the world. A gym/wellness center and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina offering boat rentals, as well as fishing, snorkel, and dive trips is only one mile from our home. The only 18 hole miniature golf course in the keys is located five miles away at Boondocks. Pack a lunch and spend the day at Bahia Honda State Park, voted the #1 beach in the U.S., which is only a 20 minute drive North. The Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, is another area attraction.
