The property is nestled in the woods, minutes from Main St, a 12min drive to Sunday River or Mt. Abram Ski Resorts. Enjoy all the area has to offer, or simply spend time unwinding at the commercial-grade bar area, by the fireplace or cooking up feasts in the large kitchen. Guest access House manager will meet you at the property and provide you with the door access code. All wheel drive cars or snow tires are highly recommended during the winter. Parking is plentiful but uncovered. **Cars will need to be moved around to accommodate snow plow.** Other things to note The keg refrigerator is out of order so its taps cannot be used. There are two functional beverage fridges behind the bar. The cleaning fee charged covers usual cleaning. **Excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit.** Examples of this are: gum on floor, beer-pong splashes on wall, floor and ceiling, trash around the interior and exterior of house, furniture moving, etc. Please see 'Policies and rules' section for detailed information.
