It has capacity to host 2 people very comfortably. The space Balcony House is set up in a unique renovated old style Newari House. It has been renovated adding all modern features without compromising with the traditional vibes of past. It consists of one queen size bed, well equipped kitchen, private bathroom with 24hrs hot water, sofa corner, TV , study/working table, high speed internet. Also, there is a nice little balcony to view over the street outside and watch life passby Note that ceiling can be considered a bit low for some very tall people. Guest access The apartment is totally independent, guests can enjoy it fully! Other things to note When you arrive, a small starter pack will be waiting for you in the apartment, including green tea, organic coffee, sugar, salt, oil, washing powder, shampoo, and soap. These items are provided to help you settle in and are usually not replenished during your stay. If you enjoy our organic coffee or tea, you’re welcome to purchase more from our Cosy Nepal office. Gas, water, and electricity are valuable resources in Nepal, and occasional shortages can happen. We kindly ask you to use them mindfully during your stay. For short and medium term stay, cleaning is included twice a week, with bed sheets changed once a week. If you prefer not to have cleaning, simply hang the “No Cleaning” copper board on your door. Note that parties / gatherings as well as shootings (video and photos) are strictly forbidden without our prior formal consent.
