IT027020C22AEBXLD3 The space The Apartment "YOU AT HOME" is on second floor of a very small building (NO lift/elevator), located in a quiet, silent and green residential area. The kitchen is fully equipped (dish washer, microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer) a small table for two and gives access to a first terrace. In the living room you can find a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, an extendable table usable also as work space and a big window on the second large terrace. The bathroom is provided with shower, bidet, washer, toilette. The dryer is in the corridor. The apt includes a master bedroom and a second bedroom with one single bed Provided with floor heating system, Air Conditioning (heating and cooling modes) and free WiFi.
