Bring the whole family to this wonderful space to have fun or rest. The house is in front of the beach, the place is super quiet, perfect to spend a few days of rest or have fun with family or friends! The space Spacious house, with leisure area and swimming pool, facing the beach. In the gourmet area, we have a wood-burning stove and oven, barbecue and beer maker. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning. TV in both living rooms😊 The condominium is super quiet and safe, too. The guards spend all their time on motorcycles, including at night. The hydro doesn't work! Guest access The entire house is exclusively for guests to use! Other things to note IMPORTANT TO READ Read the listing before booking, if you have any questions I am available! *We do not provide bath towels *The maximum occupancy is 16 people. *You must fill in the number of guests, adults, children and pets. *The daily rate refers to the initial rate, which will be for “up to 8 guests.” *From 8 guests, you will have an add of 50.00 per day (per person) *For security reasons, we have a security camera at the entrance of the house, directed to the entrance gate, without taking away anyone's privacy. The Pool Cleaner will clean the pool 3 times a week (around 6 a.m.) ***** NO VISITORS AND SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE
