The apartment is part of a duplex in a friendly and secure neighbourhood. Kitchen pantry is well stocked with the essentials. You’ll find cookbooks to peruse, and top quality Smeg appliances, including a dishwasher, gas cooktop and oven. All three bedrooms have air conditioning/heating, and a place to hang your clothes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a direct access to the outdoor terrace. If you're feeling adventurous and up for some fitness, take the private path down to the beach and go for a swim, or enjoy the famous coastal walk from Bondi to Coogee. Guest access You'll have access to the whole apartment, a terrace off of the master bedroom, and an extensive balcony overlooking the beach and park. Everything you see in the photos is exclusively yours to use. We'll provide you with keys in a lockbox, so you may come and go as you please. Other things to note Absolutely NO events or gatherings are allowed!!! ***Please ensure that the booking is made for the correct number of guests. ONLY pre-approved guests are allowed to enter the premises.*** We kindly ask you let us know about everyone who’ll be entering the property: full name and age, where you’re coming from, and what is the reason for your travel. Smoking is not allowed on the premises!!! Noise must be kept to the MINIMUM, especially from 10pm to 7am. Children are more than welcome, but running, jumping or screaming is not allowed. There are 25 steps down from the street level - might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, please book it in advance! *fees apply *subject to availability Parking on our street is free of charge, but is limited to 2 hours between 8am and 10pm. Possible to buy Daily Parking Permits for $50 per day. Please give notice! *subject to availability We’ll provide the essentials, all you need to bring are beach towels and a smile. Portacot available upon request at AU$15 per stay. Suitable for babies up to 15kg or up to 90cm tall. Please give notice if you’d like to rent the portacot.
