Welcome to the La Mesa Pool House! Our cozy house in La Mesa is the perfect place to relax and recharge with the family. This house is walking distance to many great La Mesa eateries such as Terra Restaurant and Surf and Soul. We are also located just 10 minutes away from San Diego State University and we are less than 20 minutes from all major attractions in San Diego: downtown, Little Italy, Zoo, Sea World, beaches and more! The space About the House: 3 bedrooms (plus additional den with day bed) and 2 baths. The house is fully equipped with Wifi, AC, washer/dryer, TV with Netflix account, and pool. Master bedroom: queen bed, walk in closet, master bath attached Bedroom two: queen bed Bedroom three: queen bed Den: this room opens up to the living room and is furnished with a twin size day bed and has an additional twin pull out trundle. Guest access You can easily access this house, as it is only minutes from the 8 and 94 freeway. When you arrive you can park in the driveway or in the garage. You will also be walking distance to nearby restaurants. Other things to note This is a quiet family neighborhood. Absolutely NO PARTIES permitted. We do have one active security camera outside in the front of the house. POOL/SPA info: the pool/spa is private and not shared with anyone else. We do not charge to heat the spa. We also have solar panels that heat the pool at no additional cost to you. However, during the colder months the solar panels may not generate much heat for the pool. The Garage is 2 car and you can park 2 in the drive way.
