The space Sprawling two-level home has three bedrooms on the ground level, with huge kitchen & living spaces upstairs. Light & bright throughout with many windows and skylights. Spanish-style interior finishes, vaulted ceilings, wide hallways & open concept add to the spacious feel. Recreation room has a pull-out couch, pool table & TV with streaming, cable & DVD player. (Bring your own DVDs) Plenty of parking in the expansive driveway for your trailers and outdoor toys! Relax on the large decks amid the tall evergreens & peaceful surroundings. You're likely to spot bald eagles, a pod of seals, deer, many birds & more. Brand new, large hot tub sits right by the waterfront and next to the outdoor dining set and charcoal grill. Beach side wood fire pit with seating for 6 & a starter pack of fire wood. Gourmet kitchen with large island is perfect for preparing meals for your group. Formal dining room with water view & seating for 6. Wake up to the magnificent water view in the huge master suite with comfortable King Bed. Walls of windows for you to enjoy the panoramic view, or walk out to the waterfront deck. Private en-suite bathroom has a deep jetted tub with room for 2, and a spacious shower with multiple shower heads. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with large shower & multiple showerheads. The 4th "bedroom" is the pull-out sofa in the upstairs recreation room. This room has a door for privacy as well as access to the waterfront deck, & is down the hall from a half bathroom. Private office with large desk space & strong Wifi for those who plan to work or game during their stay. Exercise in the gym with free weights, stationary bike & workout bench. Expansive grassy yards offer plenty of room for the kids to run around. Our beach & dock are great places to launch kayaks! We provide three adult kayaks & limited sizes of life jackets. You can rent additional kayaks (including child size) & paddleboards at North Shore Hood Canal Kayaks in Belfair. (Appointment only, no walk-ins.) Guest access The entire home and property are available to guests with the exception of the detached garage, which is off limits. Please ONLY use the beach & dock directly in front of the home. Stay off neighboring property beaches. You may walk down the beach but not loiter or collect anything from neighboring beaches. Other things to note No parties are allowed! The maximum number of guests in the home or outside at any time is 6. The number of guests in the reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, not just overnight. No additional guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS LISTING! There are three exterior cameras monitoring the back dock area, and the front of the home & driveway to ensure compliance with guest count. The cameras do not infringe on guest privacy. Parking is available for up to 5 cars with plenty of space for trailers. There is NO street parking. We provide one roll of paper towels. Guests must provide additional rolls if needed. We recommend packing water shoes or sturdy sandals for going in the canal as we have a typical rocky Washington beach. Our beach fronts on salt water where the tides typically come in and go fully out twice per day. Please check online tide charts for “Union, WA” to help plan your water access activities around the tide times. Guests must provide their own charcoal & lighter fluid for the waterside BBQ grill. Owners will provide a starter supply of firewood for the indoor fireplace & the beachside fire pit. Kayaks: We provide 3 adult kayaks for guest use. One two-seater & two one-seaters. We have limited sizes of life jackets available. Please bring your own if outside these sizes: (1) adult 2x, (1) adult Large, (2) adult universal, (1) child 50-90 lbs (1) child/toddler 30lbs (strap in between legs) A release of liability is required to be signed before kayaks may be used. A code is required to access the kayaks. Please message us for more info. Children under 15 must not ride kayaks alone, they must be with an adult in the double kayak. If they are 15 or older they may ride alone in the single kayaks as long as they have adult supervision at all times.
