This modern surf shack is located just a quick walk to both downtown Encinitas and the popular surf beach, Swami’s! We provide all the modern amenities for an unforgettable beach vacation (including beach chairs, beach towels, and a hammock for lounging in the sun). The unit is accessed via a private walkway and private gate. You will also have access to one parking spot located on our driveway. Please note we live in the front unit. Other things to note Downtown Encinitas and Swami’s beach are just steps away! A quick five-ten minute walk will get you to all the popular spots in town (shopping, coffee, bars, and restaurants). When you’re ready to relax, the bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for a peaceful escape. Please note that there are train tracks that run along the coast and guests can occasionally hear the train passing. Please note that the mini split A/C unit is located in the living room, but a fan is provided to help move air and the whole unit will cool down (even without the fan).
