The spectacular sea view meets the end The space The Villa is divided into two autonomous but at the same time connected (through the gym area) homes. Both of them are looking at the North side of Crete, at the Cretan sea. The Villa has been designed into a multi-level approach, which means that there are many levels-floors but all of them has either sea view or pool view or garden view. This villa has been designed by on of the leading architectural companies in Europe. It is a unique design the result γof which left eveybody happy and proud. With regards to air conditioning specifically, the villa is Not FULLY air conditioned. There are 5 bedrooms the 4 of which have A/C units fitted on the wall and the 5th that is sub terrainean has a brand new air cooling unit if the guests want it. In the 5th room it was not possible to install an A/C unit that is why there are air cooling units that are available. Due to the architectural design there are no AC units at the living rooms. If the guest need a portable air-cooling unit we can provide him upon request. Guest access You can have access to the whole property. Other things to note The villa is partially air-conditioned. The living rooms due to the house architectural design doesn’t have air condition units. Please also notice that one of the bedrooms has an aircooler unit.
