Just an easy bike ride to Seaside or the HUB and Watersound the opposite direction. neighborhood has 2 pools, nature trails, walking paths, pavilion, basketball court. 4 bikes along with all of your beach toys and beach cart comes with the rental. The house is fully stocked even with a pack /play for small children. The space This is a town house style unit with my unit on the left corner. There are 2 patios with secluded privacy. The bottom patio walks out onto a grassy area again with lots of trees and privacy bushes. Guest access There are 2 neighborhood pools, walking trail around the unique Cyprus trees. Kids will love the basketball and tennis courts. Myrtles Turtle backs to 30A so easy access for your 2 bikes or rent extras right next door. Other things to note I supply plenty of beach chairs, toys and a beach cart. There is a pack in play on site. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything for family meals.
