Engulfed in verdant surroundings, the exteriors of the villa offer manicured lawns adorned with a variety of flora. To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Solar geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars and 2 bikes. This is not a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - Amenities such as a Wifi, heater, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms with a hair dryer are offered in both rooms. - The room on the first floor also has an attached balcony with seating arrangements, overlooking the mountains. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room in the villa. - All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - Both attached bathrooms offer a shower cubicle. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor, with sofa-style seating for up to 6 people. - It is equipped with Wi-fi, a wired music system and TV. - There is a separate dining room on the ground floor, with floor to ceiling glass windows, overlooking scenic views. It offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - There is a lush lawn, 400 sq. ft. in size. It can accommodate up to 6 people. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Guests can go out or order in from nearby restaurants for all other meals. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn, admire the gentle stream flowing, trekking and embrace the beauty around. They can soak in the beautiful views from the balcony and enjoy the complimentary breakfast. They can relish a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can also venture out on hikes and treks. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 800. The barbeque meal will be prepared by the owner’s staff and guests do not have access to it.  - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - The washing machine can be used at no additional cost. Guests will have to bring their own detergent.  - Room heaters can be availed at an additional cost. - Trekking supervised by a trained guide can be arranged at an extra cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that guests will have to climb approximately 35 steps from the parking space to reach the main villa. - The road leading up to the villa is steep, though cars do go up. If shuttle service is required, the same can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. - This is not a wheelchair friendly property. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, an inverter is available. - Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.  - All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted
