The space An entertainers kitchen with plenty of room to move. This fully equipped kitchen boasts a large gas stove top and electric oven as well as a microwave and dishwasher. We supply some basics like milk, a variety of teas, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and cooking oil. Other condiments and consumables can also be found in the pantry. A full range of cleaning supplies (e.g antibacterial wipes) can be located under the sink. LIVING ROOM comfortable Modern L shape couch and ottoman. Sony smart TV with internet connection and dedicated Netflix channel. 6 place dining room table that can expand if needed. For those working away from home, a desk and chair is located in the open living/dining room for your use- plus free high speed unlimited wifi. BATHROOMS Grey bathroom: Modern shower and toilet facilities, heated towel rack, including an 8kg washing machine and laundry sink. The linen cupboard is located in this room with extra bedding, towels, blankets, pillows, portable laundry basket, iron and ironing board. Green bathroom: Modern second toilet, bathroom sink, combined bath and shower and a dedicated "make-up" station. Both bathrooms have body wash, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. 4 BEDROOMS 3 Queen beds & 1 double bed. An air mattress is available upon request and can be set up in the lounge room. Please advise if a portacot is required prior to arrival (a high chair, pram and baby bath are also available). Excellent storage and hanging space in the bedrooms to keep luggage out of walk ways. For your comfort there is ducted evaporative air conditioning throughout the house, along with a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. For colder months, there is a wood fire. Guest access We have a guest setting on our Netflix account for you to use. The pantry is stocked with Tea, Coffee and a few other consumables. While our home is not appropriate for pets, please discuss with us if you require a service animal. Other things to note Our block backs onto state rail so you will hear trains intermittently.
