Washer/Dryer in unit. Queen size memory foam mattress. Smart TV’s Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Electric fireplace in the family room. The space Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots pans, crock pot, coffee pot, popcorn popper, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, full size fridge and range. Bedroom and bath stocked with plenty of towels, and 2 sets of sheets. TV in family room and bedroom. There is a fireplace in family room for cozy winter nights. There is a dressing room attached to the bathroom which has a closet, dresser , full size mirror and the washer and dryer. Cleaning supplies including broom and vacuum are on site. 2 parking spaces. Large 3 acre wooded back yard. Dogs will be considered. Other things to note Dogs considered for an additional fee of $40 per month. We make sure that the driveway is plowed in a timely manner. If we know your schedule we will make sure the snow is removed before you need to leave or arrive home. There will be paper towels and toilet paper to start you off . I do not supply these for your whole stay. Rental of the property is strictly limited to the dates specified in the confirmed reservation. Occupancy, access, or use of the property before check-in or after the scheduled check-out date and time is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by the host. Any extension beyond the reserved dates requires a separate agreement and may be subject to additional charges. By reserving the property, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
