The house has its own large private terraced area, ideal for relaxing and dining with family and friends. The house consists of an entrance lobby and staircase, large well equipped kitchen ideal for those who love to cook with Cooker/oven microwave and fridge freezer. A lounge with TV sofas and a large comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk in rain shower, toilet bidet and sink. The Stairs lead to a balcony with beautiful views across the village, forest and La Spezia. There are 2 spacious bedrooms One has a large double bed and single bed; wardrobes and a fan The other bedroom has a single bed and a large double bed which can be split into two single beds on request, a fan and wardrobe space. A cot is available. Cotton bedding and luxury towels are supplied. Free WiFi and Laundry/drying facilities are available for guests. Guest access On street parking is available 60m away in the village square or access ramp, unlike many properties in Biassa that are accessed by lots of steps, drop off is possible at the entrance gate which is at street level. Restaurant, pizzeria, tobacconist and 2 minimarkets are all in close walking distance of the property. Other things to note Biassa is a quiet mountain village. Guests are well catered for with two exceptional village shops selling a wide range of groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as cakes, pastries bread and focaccia. They also serve breakfasts, coffee and croissants. A local Tabacchino which sells essentials, local wine, gifts, bus tickets and is the tourist information point. There is an excellent Pizzaria and Restaurant, also a hostel which has a bar (open to all). Local bus timetables to La Spezia, Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre ferry timetables are available in the property. Please do smoke inside the property or allow pets on the furniture.
