Washer & Dryer located in basement. Library located on the corner. The space Room comes with bed. dresser, night stand, AC, ceiling fan and door locks on inside and out. Guest access Keyless entry on the front door. Each tenant will be provided their own code to access actual house. Key will be provided to get into the actual apartment. During your stay Guests are welcomed upon arrival. Owner will check in and out guest.
