2 Private Rooms in Shared House

Welcome to our cozy, earthy home tucked into a quiet neighborhood near the Logan Golf Course. Filled with plants, warmth, and personality, this is a relaxed and welcoming space for guests who enjoy a natural, lived-in atmosphere. Our home is pet-friendly, making it a comfortable place to land while visiting Logan (unless you are allergic to animals). The space Room #1: a private bedroom with a comfortable full-size mattress. The room also includes a 32” flat-screen TV. (Max 2 people) Room #2: a private bedroom with a comfortable king-size mattress. The room also includes a 50” flat-screen TV. (Max 2 people) Both rooms have: - a Roku so you can stream your favorite shows or YouTube - a dedicated workspace with a small table and chair - a lockable door for added privacy. The room locks from the outside and comes with its own set of keys. - Fresh Sheets, Pillows, Pillow Cases and Blankets. The home itself is bright and plant-filled, shared with friendly animals — we have dogs, cats, and reptiles living in the home, adding to its unique and earthy character. The bathroom is private and includes a hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There’s also space for your personal toiletries, and a first-aid kit is available for your peace of mind. The shower has a bath tub. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook. This is a shared space so please dont expect it to be in perfect condition all the time. I try my best to keep things organized. There is room in the fridge for any food you may bring. Guest access -In house Laundry with complimentary detergent -Free Parking available -2 nearby Parks -Fenced dog area -Nearby Golf Course -You will be given a code to the front door to access the home for contactless entry. -Each room comes with a key to lock the door that must be left behind when you check out. Guests have access to their private bedrooms, bathroom and all shared common areas, living room, and kitchen. During your stay I am currently working at home in my Studio in the basement Monday-Thursday 10AM-6PM, so I will be on the property most of the day, and I sleep in a room down the hall with my own bathroom. In the basement is my studio where I may have clients coming in and out. The only reason you will need to go down there is to do laundry which is available 24/7 Friday-Sunday and in the Evenings Monday-Thursday when I may have clients. Please don’t do laundry if you see that I have a client Monday-Thursday 10AM-6PM Other things to note Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the Logan Golf Course. It’s a great fit for animal lovers, families, remote workers, and guests who appreciate a cozy, earthy space filled with plants, pets, and thoughtful amenities. Not suitable for people with pet allergies. Please park on the driveway. You can also park on the street by the entrance of the cul de sac.
