Riverside is perfect for contractors, family visiting the area or visitors wanting a quiet get away A 2 bedroom (both with en-suite shower rooms) self contained annex with a small double bed & a large double (can be made into 2 small singles) Living space /Kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge & washing machine Use of hot tub with prior agreement overlooking a large garden on the banks of the River Trent Located in a quiet part of Keadby, close to local shops Minimum stay 2 nights The space Hot tub & outside shower is available subject to booking, as this is located outside the main part of the house - just a 1 minute walk from the annex with a shower next to the hot tub for changing Guest access The annex and in front of the annex is available for your use - for parking & in summer you can catch the evening sun here too 🌞 The hot tub & outdoor shower can be used - however, please book prior to arrival as it is situated near the main house 🏠 and we want to ensure you have privacy & exclusively when using them Other things to note This is a quiet space - not a party destination ! Therefore the hot tub is available to chill, not a rave with loud music There is a retail park close by with a Tesco, M&S, Aldi, B&M, TK Maxx, Boots & Pure Gym Scunthorpe is a 10 minute drive away for banks, more shops, lots of barbers & charity shops ! York, Doncaster & Hull are approx 1 hour away for more shops & sight seeing (York is beautiful)
