Come stay at a newly decorated, sweet little one-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Burlington, just steps away from the Church Street Marketplace. Enjoy a ten-minute walk down to the waterfront of Lake Champlain and the Burlington bike path or take a trip to the mountains for the day. In the evenings enjoy all that downtown Burlington has to offer with shops, breweries, restaurants, and energetic nightlife. The space This apartment has been designed to feel like home. The apartment is on the second floor in a historical building with a 3/4 bath and a kitchen that is fully fitted to cook to your heart's desire. Coffee and tea is always available for guests. Other things to note We do not have off street parking, but there are two parking garages within a block as well as metered street parking directly in front of the building. There is an ongoing construction project across the street from the building- the part that affected our building is over and we have a had many happy guests stay for long term stays without any complaints. We hope you are able to as well! The construction company follows the City of Burlington’s “Noise Disturbance” ordinance.
