AND it is a VERY unique space, with a custom design. Large, Personal outdoor kitchen directly outside your own French Doors, as well as a cozy, well supplied, tiny kitchen for your INSIDE space...And a captain's bed. The Wash room has an expandable barn door that separates your bathing area. Perfect for monthly nurses or trave related employment. Good for couples but not well-suited for children. There is a solid partition wall behind the pantry, which separates your space into your own, private apartment. This unit comes with other free services (for those who stay 3 months or longer)... like complimentary, pet yard cleanup and outdoor kitchen cleans (once every 2 months), back yard maintenance assistance. FREE, off-road Dune Buggy tour, and an in-town local tour/overview when requested. Other things to note Stays of 4 weeks or longer must maintain the upkeep of their private backyard.
