Cute holiday bungalow half on Lake Tollensee

Relax in our vacation home in a fantastic environment on the edge of the nature reserve in the Mecklenburg Lake District. The space The right half of the bungalow (see cover picture) is rented with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, as well as a covered porch. The small kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and sink. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The hot water supply is provided via a 30-liter water boiler. In the bedroom is a double bed and wardrobe. In the living room there is the dining area, couch and TV. The spacious property is family-friendly and fenced all around with a sandbox, some toys and a fireplace. Garden furniture is also available for use. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the property. During the day, the protected area invites you to cycle and take nice walks or swim and linger by the lake. A selection of simple bicycles is available in the garage. The bungalow is very quiet on a hill at the end of the village with hardly any traffic. Within walking distance is a playground, horse paddock, restaurant and several entrances to the lake. Guest access Free parking is available on the street and, if necessary, on the property. Other things to note The lake is popular for swimming, canoeing, standup paddle and much more. Shopping is possible about 5 km away in Neubrandenburg in the "Betanien Center." There is also regional fish from Lake Tollense, which also tastes delicious grilled. There are two restaurants nearby. Only 10 minutes walk to the "Heidehof". A little more exclusive is the "Bornmühle" which you can reach after a 20-minute walk. If you want to go to the cinema or a pub, you will find a nice selection in Neustrelitz or Neubrandenburg
