Cute holiday bungalow half on Lake Tollensee

Relax in our vacation home in a fantastic environment on the edge of the nature reserve in the Mecklenburg Lake District. The space The right half of the bungalow (see cover photo) is rented out, with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, and a covered porch. The small kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. Hot water is supplied via a 30-litre water heater. There is a double bed and a wardrobe in the bedroom. The living room has a dining area, a sofa and a TV. The spacious property is family-friendly, fenced all around, and has a sandpit, some toys and a fire pit. Garden furniture is also available for use. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the property. During the day, the protected area invites you to cycle and take lovely walks or swim and spend time by the lake. The bungalow is in a very quiet location on a hill at the end of the village with hardly any traffic. Within walking distance, there is a playground, a horse paddock, a restaurant and several access points to the lake. Guest access Free parking is available on the street and, in exceptional cases, on the property. Other things to note The lake is popular for swimming, canoeing, standup paddle and much more. Shopping is possible about 5 km away in Neubrandenburg in the "Betanien Center." There is also regional fish from Lake Tollense, which also tastes delicious grilled. There are two restaurants nearby. Only 10 minutes walk to the "Heidehof". A little more exclusive is the "Bornmühle" which you can reach after a 20-minute walk. If you want to go to the cinema or a pub, you will find a nice selection in Neustrelitz or Neubrandenburg
