*EV charging available Welcome to Casa Cerro-my incredible chic high-tech modern villa in San Diego! This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and group trips. Its open and airy layout can accommodate up to 14 people. This completely remodeled home is furnished with all the luxuries of home and more that is powered by an iPad for you to use. I love technology. But don't worry you don't have to use it to power up the house, everything has traditional switches/remotes if you choose. The space There is a game room with a pool table and foosball table with TVs & amazing sound (SONOS) throughout the home & outside ;) that I just love to sit & watch movies or listen to music. The office has a whiteboard where you can draw up your next big idea. All the rooms have the previous and subtle touches of art throughout from my personal collection that I have created and curated from local artists that I absolutely love. If you like games you will love the pool table that I've rebuilt with my hands to a foosball table that is just flat out fast. If that's not your style don't worry there are plenty of board games, like apple to apples, cards against humanity and can't forget about monopoly (gotta love the classics). Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why this kitchen is fully stocked with the right equipment you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. You are only: 3 mins to Mission Trails / Cowles Mountain Hiking 10 mins to Old Town, Balboa Park 15 mins to Beach 16 mins to Sea World 17 mins to Downtown, Petco Park 18 mins to San Diego International Airport Beach towels will be provided for the beach. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, including the other unit which is accessed on the side of the house with the gate. This will include the driveway and back patio with complete privacy. Plenty of street parking and a driveway. There is no garage access. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A LOW CAR THE DRIVEWAY IS STEEP. SUGGESTED TO PARK ON THE STREET. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the villa is equipped with 3 exterior cameras and a doorbell. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside or rear of the villa. Leave all pool equipment in the pool as found (e.g., pool vacuum and hoses). Removal of these items will incur fees for servicing and replacement.
