The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse
Creative Clubhouse, with Private outdoor Habitat
Description
Open the gates leading from the alley and step into your mountain retreat without leaving the city. The large front porch has a nice shade, comfy furniture, and a grill. Centrally located in Old Colorado City, you will love hanging out here with your family. Kids will love the crafts, games, and books available inside. There is a small toy truck collection parked outside. Take home a book from our extensive library, Free! The space Make some coffee, have a tea party, or have a margarita. Typically there are snacks around, but getting in late and needing help with groceries? Let us know. The master bedroom has a nice queen mattress and a TV with a Roku. There is only one window in this room, and it is nice and dark for late risers. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. And a large table is good for working or crafting. (You will also find paints, office supplies, and other creative materials). This room has big windows and is nice and bright. Draw a picture or write a book. The third bedroom, The Clubhouse, is a loft, perched above the open kitchen/living space. Two fold out/convertible twin sofa beds, games, and books; make this space super fun for kiddos. If you are checking in with six adults, two will need to be flexible. You cannot stand upright in this loft. Guest access A couple of years ago, we split our backyard in half and built this fun house against the alley. We are close, but a nice shade tree and optimally positioned windows allow for maximum privacy. Most often, we don’t see our guests at all, but don’t be afraid to reach out if you would like to stop and chat. We especially love to hear about your adventures. Other things to note Nightly is for two people (one bed) additional fees apply to additional guests and beds. This helps us keep our price low. The yard is surrounded by a privacy fence (please note a determined pup could wiggle out the gate.) Smoking is permitted outside. Please clean up any cigarette butts ect.
