Beautiful studio very clean and in the immediate vicinity of Toulon train station, in a pleasant area ideal for enjoying the city and accessing the beaches or the entire coast via public transport in the immediate vicinity of the building. Located on the ground floor of a bourgeois building, the apartment has convenient access through the independent entrance with secure door (3-point lock) from which it benefits, ideal access to settle in and quickly put down your luggage as soon as you arrive in Toulon. A suitable area above the closet will also allow you to drop bags and suitcases once unpacked, and the entrance hall (isolating the inside of the studio from the outside door) will invite you to unpack as soon as you enter. The windows are secure and have roller shutters to obtain total darkness for a restful night, and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, an essential element in our beautiful (and hot) region! The furnished kitchen is equipped with: - 2 burner ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave oven - Complete tableware for 4 people and various kitchen accessories - Small appliances: toaster, kettle and espresso machine - Washing machine Regarding the main room, spacious and functional, you will find: - Dining table for 4 people + chairs for very pleasant meals, with family or friends - Living room with TV, DVD player and more than a dozen DVDs to spend pleasant movie nights while staying at home. An extra single bed is available. Check-ins are from Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (mid-season), and from 2 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday (all seasons). An appointment time will be agreed upon within these time slots to welcome you. A surcharge of €15 will be requested in case of late check-in, i.e. from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. We will not be able to accommodate you beyond this time.
