Want to get away from everyday life and find a place to relax? I will be delighted to welcome you to my cozy little nest: "Paulette's Cottage". My house is located in Vineuil, close to Blois, Château de Chambord and Beauval Zoo. Everything is designed to ensure you have a carefree vacation: beds made on arrival, towels... In addition, the terrace or the friendly kitchen will allow you to spend good times with family or friends... The space My 100 m2 house is on two levels: Ground floor: - A large living room of 42 m2 with open kitchen, very friendly. The central island will allow you to share good times. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, etc... You can cook good meals with the dishes, plates and utensils at your disposal. Don't worry about a thing during your stay: I provide sponges, tea towels, garbage bags, and all the basics. The living room is air-conditioned to enjoy the summer days in peace. - A living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. - A game room for the children's enjoyment. - A toilet The floor: - 3 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed. Beds will be made upon your arrival, and in each room you will find two towels per person on the ladders. - Bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet. - A baby cot is available if necessary Outside: - The front yard, secured by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. - The backyard, very cozy, is composed of a large terrace and a green area. You can have lunch or dinner in the shade on the garden table, under the large electric awning. The terrace is lit to enjoy summer evenings. Guest access My house is located in VINEUIL: - 10 minutes from BLOIS city center, - 5 minutes from CHAMBORD - 45 minutes from BEAUVAL ZOO A bakery and a newsagent are less than 800 m from the house. And within 2 km, you will find most shops: bank, pharmacy, butcher, Intermarché, etc... The large Auchan shopping mall is located 4 km away. Other nearby landmarks: - The Magic House in BLOIS - The Touraine Aquarium 50 minutes away. Other things to note This is my own home that I rent out when I'm away. Only my room and the cellar, located on the ground floor, will not be accessible to you. If I'm not available, you'll be greeted by my daughter Marine.
