Located near hiking trails, just 1.3 miles from Olde Town Arvada (and the RTD G-Line), ~20 minutes from downtown Denver and less than 60 minutes to skiing, this spacious guest suite features a fenced yard, free dedicated onsite parking, electric fireplace, high-speed WiFi, a private entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and more! The space Private and spacious guest suite studio that sleeps 3, with private entrance, bathroom, patio, kitchenette and work station! ✩ Enjoy a private guest suite with private entry in the garden level of the home where we also reside (we are generally hands-off, but available when needed)! ✩ Your space is beautifully decorated (think Western Bohemian-inspired with tons of local photography!) and furnished. ✩ We have a parking spot just for you. It has one free dedicated onsite parking spot adjacent to your private entrance on the side of our house with easy private access to the back gate and your Airbnb space. It's safe and off the street. Enter through the fenced backyard, pass the private patio with your outdoor eating area, and into the ~700 square feet furnished suite. ✩ Your sunny space sleeps up to 3, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and queen-sized pull-out sofa (open studio floorplan). ✩ It has high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace, complete with a printer and cellphone/tablet charging area. ✩ The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, drinkware, utensils and cookware and features a coffee station with a Keurig for coffee (regular and decaf) and tea. ✩ Enjoy the Colorado sunshine with a a cup of coffee or tea and a book on your private patio table. Please contact us to discuss. Guest access Please park in the pink gravel pull in located on the side of our house. You can then enter the backyard through the back gate entrance and you will arrive to your private front door to the Airbnb space - look for a welcome sign and black bear decor. For additional vehicles, we recommend street parking adjacent to the house. Other things to note - Please note that we live in the house adjoining the Airbnb space. It is our intention to provide quiet and privacy (we are generally hands-off unless you need something!), but you may occasionally hear our general "living" noise (and our friendly black lab mix, Kya, may visit the side yard). - The property is located on the ground floor; however, entry to the space requires walking on an unpaved surface and there are a couple stairs in the hallway leading from the living space to the bathroom. - The suite includes a comprehensive informational binder with more details about the suite, including operating instructions for appliances and electronics.
