La Plagne | Apartment – Sleeps 5 – Ski-in/out

26 m² apartment with 5 beds (ideally 3 adults and 2 children) southwest facing offering good sunshine, at the foot of the slopes. It is located 2,100 meters above sea level in Aime 2000 in the Paquebot des Neiges. Its location guarantees good snow from December to April. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residence where you will find many shops. The balcony has unobstructed and pleasant views of the mountain as well as the slopes. The space The apartment consists of: - an entrance/kitchen equipped with: microwave, 2-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and raclette machine. - a sleeping area for 3 people consisting of a bunk bed (2 beds of 80 x 190) and a pull-out bed (70 x 190) - a living room with a modular dining table for 4 or 6 people (120 cm or 180 cm), a coffee table, a connected TV (80 cm), a sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 200), curtains - a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, towel dryer, vanity and a large closet with wardrobe - a balcony overlooking the slope with a storage chest with seats - a ski & boot locker in the residence Please note that duvets and pillows are provided for all beds, unlike sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels which are NOT INCLUDED. End-of-stay cleaning is included, but you will need to ensure the general maintenance of the accommodation, including the kitchen, appliances, dishes and emptying the garbage cans. You have all the necessary products for its maintenance in the apartment. ! SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! In the residence, located on the snow front, you will find all amenities: grocery store, bakery, supermarket, press, souvenir, ESF ski school, ski rental (intersport, skiset), restaurants, ticket distributor... Guest access Guests will be the only ones with access to the apartment during their rental. A free cable car connects the Aime 2000 residence to Plagne-Centre. Free shuttle buses connect all stations in La Plagne. Other things to note For the period from December to April, I only accept bookings made from Saturday to Saturday 7-day minimum consecutive booking. An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the place isn't clean. - Check-in time: any time after 3pm - Checkout time: before 10 a.m. - Mandatory deposit: bank imprint of €700/stay only on secure platform. - End-of-stay cleaning included - Wi-Fi subscriptions are available in the building.
