Parc Place, Gwithian Retreats -near Gwithian beach

Parc Place is situated in the heart of Gwithian Village, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard, but still in keeping with its traditional roots. It is within walking distance of the pub and 3 miles of golden sand. There is a driveway for 2 cars and an enclosed garden to the rear. We welcome up to 2 dogs. The space At the front there is parking for 2 cars and a gravel front garden with plant tubs. To the back there is an enclosed garden with picnic bench and flower beds. There is a garage to store any items such as surfboards and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Inside the cottage - on the ground floor there is an entrance hall that leads to: - a sitting room with smart TV, DVD, log woodburner and sofas - kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a bunkbed - the lower level has a small double and above is a single bed. Downstairs bathroom with WC, wash-basin and shower over the bath. Upstairs (via narrow, quite steep stairs) there is: - bedroom with a king size (5') bed - another bedroom with a king size (5') bed - shower room with shower, WC and wash-basin Some of our previous guests have commented: 'Beautiful cottage in a great location' 'We had such a fantastic stay, the cottage and location gave us everything we needed for a perfect holiday! The location is perfect- a short walk to the beach, opposite a lovely pub and short drive to St Ives, St Michael's Mount and other Cornish destinations. Thank you for a perfect stay' Other things to note There is a shepherd's hut (also listed on Airbnb) that can accommodate 4 guests. There is a gate that can be unlocked so both properties can be booked together for larger parties. **We are unable to charge electric cars as the property is old and can not cope with extra load. The price of the cottage does not include electricity to charge vehicles** Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate personal requirements for bedding. Please contact us if you would like to know what tog duvet if provided. Mobile signal for some providers is limited so guests may need to use wi-fi calling instead. Guests camping in the garden or guests staying in mobile homes/vans on the drive is not permitted.
