The space The building’s rooftop pool area will be undergoing construction from May 20 to September 15, 2025, and will be inaccessible during this period. As this aligns with the winter months, we anticipate minimal impact on guests, but we want to ensure transparency so guests can plan accordingly. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. -- Ideally situated halfway between the shops and amenities of Bondi Junction and the cafes and sandy shores of Bondi Beach, this sunny, two-person studio is the perfect base to discover all this renowned coastal neighbourhood has to offer. The combined bedroom and living space is bright and airy, with a queen-size bed and built-in robes. A sofa sits under the window, providing the perfect spot to relax and look out over the rooftops to the blue horizon. A light, contemporary bathroom features all the basics – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – for guest use. When you're not sampling the local eateries, you can prepare meals at home in the kitchen, which includes a fridge, oven, stove, and microwave, as well as other basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Dine alfresco on your private balcony, featuring a two-seater table setting and sweeping coastal views, then head up to the spacious, shared rooftop terrace at sunset where a raised pool overlooks the ocean. Other conveniences include air-conditioning, lift access, and free street parking 24/7. ***NOTE - We do not provide beach towels. Please bring your own =) Guest access Due to safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children (or infants). Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ** Linen ** Please that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of stay. As part of your linen fee, we use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen. ** Complimentary Toiletries ** Our hotel type toiletry kit supplied is complimentary and is designed to start off your stay. This complimentary kit cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one toiletry kit per bathroom and not for per guest staying. ** Long Stays ** We accommodate long stays of 21 nights or more. However, any stays at this length or more will incur an additional mid-stay clean of $175. This clean will include a full clean and fresh laundered professional linen. ** Postage ** For security purposes please do not post your mail to the property.
