No, this is a zero pet property. We do not accept ESA‘s or any other pets except those licensed service dogs only. Note this is an 1888 mansion with two nonadjoining carriage houses and two apartments in the back - you do not share with anyone, and all units have separate and private entrances. If you want a more prominent place that sleeps 14, we can open up one of the apartments . Both off-street private and free street parking is a RARITY in the historic district of Savannah, and we feel lucky to have both !! If 100% guaranteed parking is a must, we ask you look elsewhere or a a hotel We have outdoor ONLY security cameras Two on our parking lots and one ring doorbell at the front door. And one on the back alley by the trash cans ## we do have a pac n play but we release all liability if you choose to use it. We work hard in-between guest stays; therefore check in is NO sooner than 4pm and check out is no later than 11am. If you wish for additional time, we suggest staying an additional day. And if we do ( rarely ) get our work done prior to 4pm we will let you know 😊 Guest access We offer a covered, locked luggage storage area under a set of outdoor stairs of unit D next LOOK FOR THE brown storage bench NOT the door that says Amazon deliveries. It may be messy with leaves, etc., but we maintain it once a month. and guests assume all risks. We release all liabilities and any responsibility. You will possibly be storing your luggage with other guests from our other units in the back This is a FREE complimentary rare courtesy for an Airbnb ( it’s easier for hotels as they have a lobby ) We, as the owners and management, are NOT responsible for your luggage and release all liability. Please name label your belongings. Again, it may be messy and there may not be space. There is a luggage storage business that charges per piece called “stow my bags” a mile away and Bounce luggage storage Google or chat gpt will bring up the name address and phone number Other things to note This stunning property offers privacy and tranquility, with only one small shared wall located far back in the property (at the end of a hallway with no rooms). The shared wall is in a non-intrusive area, ensuring your stay remains peaceful and undisturbed . Third-Party Services Policy Guests are welcome to book additional services through Airbnb, including third-party providers such as massage therapists, hairstylists, or other personal care professionals. However, any such bookings must be communicated to and approved by the host in advance of check-in. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or excessive cleaning needs resulting from their presence or services. 🛠 Forsyth Fountain Restoration Just a heads-up for fellow fountain-lovers: the iconic white Forsyth Park fountain is temporarily removed for restoration. Still a beautiful park for photos and strolls—just missing its centerpiece for a bit . Contact the city public works for estimates of completion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. #That one small adjoining apt is designed for up to 3 adults only. And we have never had any noise complaints. Additionally, there are **3 NON adjoining carriage houses** at the very back of the property. These are completely separate buildings with their own courtyard and are NOT PART of your rental. This is a very large 2 city block parcel. ### **For Bachelorette Parties or Events** We welcome bachelorette parties and small gatherings, but please note the following: - **5-star reviews required**: Guests hosting bachelorette parties must have 5-star reviews from other Airbnb hosts. If you’re new to Airbnb, please message me to discuss your booking. - **Agreement to house rules**: Prior to booking, all guests must read and agree to the house rules. Please message me confirming this. - **Noise considerations**: Due to city noise ordinances, this property may not be suitable for loud groups. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from **10 PM to 8 AM**, both indoors and outdoors. - **Additional requirements**: For bachelorette or wedding parties, we require a signed rental agreement and a refundable deposit. Savannah Bugs Savannah is known for their bugs and the southern USA in general We spend lots of money ( we have the receipts ) on pest control companies that come in monthly. but its impossible to kill them 100% 100% of the time. It's very very rare that you will see a bug in your unit but we make no guarantee and do not give refunds . We have swatters and a brooms in our basement . ( we don t come over and kill bugs .)
