Cozy and well-equipped home with an optimal location in Duved. Right at the stop for free ski buses to Åre and the village lift that takes you up to Duved/Tegefjäll's fantastic lift system. Free parking space included. Walking distance to ICA, restaurants & cafés, barbecue area, lovely illuminated cross-country tracks as well as gym and padel hall. From the apartment it is about 200 meters to the train station, so a car is not a must during the winter. Duved is 7 km from Åre and here are some of Sweden's best slopes. The same lift card applies. The space Comfortable apartment, 57 sqm. With 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (140 cm wide). The apartment is otherwise our permanent home, so the kitchen is generously equipped with everything from a microwave to a toaster, waffle iron and hand mixer. Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, fresh sauna, washing machine and spacious balcony with afternoon sun.
